Questions

Recovery care, answered.

Can care start the day my loved one is discharged?

Call us as soon as a discharge date is planned at (909) 284-8657. We’ll arrange a complimentary consultation and work to have a caregiver ready for the trip home.

Is this home health or home care?

Premium Care provides non-medical home care: personal care, mobility support, meals and reminders delivered by Certified Nursing Assistants. It works alongside any skilled nursing or therapy your doctor orders.

How long do families use post-hospital care?

Some families need a few weeks while strength returns; others continue with ongoing care. You can adjust hours at any time.

Do discharge planners work with you?

Yes. We welcome referrals from hospital case managers, discharge planners and rehab facilities across Orange County and the Inland Empire.
