Who it is for

For the appointments that matter most.

Ideal when a loved one can no longer drive, needs a hand to walk safely, or simply should not face a doctor visit alone.

  • Specialist visits, imaging, labs and pre-surgical appointments
  • Dialysis, infusion and chemotherapy days
  • Dental, vision and hearing appointments
  • Families who live away and want trusted eyes and ears in the room
How it works

Thoughtfully arranged, every time.

Book a single appointment or a standing schedule. Your coordinator manages the logistics; your family receives the update.

Our CNAs accompany and observe; they do not give medical advice. Every outing is covered by our insurance and workers’ compensation.

1

Tell us the details

Date, time, location, mobility needs and anything the physician should hear.

2

We match a CNA

Ideally the same caregiver each time, so your loved one sees a familiar face.

3

Door-to-door support

Pickup, the visit, any stops after, and a safe return home.

4

Same-day family update

A clear written summary of what the doctor said and what comes next.

The Premium Care standard

Only Certified Nursing Assistants. Always.

Every Premium Care caregiver is a Certified Nursing Assistant, certified by the California Department of Public Health, and every plan of care is overseen by a licensed Registered Nurse. Each visit is documented, and your family always knows who is coming and what happened.

01

Trained hands

Skilled in safe transfers with gait belts, fall prevention and recognizing changes in condition.

02

Verified & insured

Background-checked, insured and covered by our workers’ compensation for every outing.

03

Licensed & local

Licensed Home Care Organization #334700237, family-owned, never a franchise.

Personalized care, thoughtfully arranged. Every family begins with a complimentary consultation, followed by a clear written proposal. Families typically pay privately or through long-term care insurance.

Questions

Appointment companions, answered.

Do you provide the transportation?

Yes. Our CNAs can drive your loved one in a comfortable vehicle covered by our insurance, or ride along if family prefers to arrange the car.

Will the caregiver come into the exam room?

Only when your loved one invites them. Many clients like a second set of ears; others prefer privacy, and the CNA waits nearby.

Can you share what the doctor said?

With your loved one’s permission, the CNA writes down instructions and shares a summary with family the same day.

Can this be booked for a single appointment?

Yes. Many families start with one visit, and others arrange a standing weekly or monthly schedule.
